We will communicate with you regarding your orders, shipping, and other relevant information. You agree to provide a valid email address and Whatsapps number and to update your contact information if it changes.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and will only collect and process your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us via email with your order number and reason for return. Items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. No refund will be issued for goods returned after the specified time frame.

Refunds are available for returned items, excluding chemicals. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 5-7 days for local items and 7-21 days for imported items. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

All chemical sales are final and non-returnable. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for chemicals.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the relevant courts of South Africa

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
